The best way is to schedule a free 10-minute introduction call. It’s a chance to get a feel for my style, ask questions, and see if our connection feels like the right fit.

Sessions are 50 minutes.
Some family and couples sessions may need to be longer. This will be agreed upon in advance.
Most clients begin weekly to build momentum, then shift to biweekly or monthly as they feel more grounded and supported.

Feel free to schedule an introduction call via the “Work With Me” page on my website. There you will find a link showing available times. This allows you to schedule a time that works for you. After our chat, I will send you intake paperwork and schedule our first session.
Alternatively, send me an email and we can schedule that way - katie@kwebbtherapy.com

My practice is intentionally boutique. I don’t operate from a high-volume, venture-backed model of care—instead, I prioritize a more personal, attentive experience for those who value depth, discretion, and genuine connection. This allows me to be fully present and thoughtful in my work, offering a level of care that goes beyond transactional. I care about what I do, and over time I’ve had the privilege of witnessing meaningful, lasting change in my clients’ lives.
I approach therapy as a collaborative, results-oriented process—not a formula. Rather than following rigid steps, I adapt to how you think, work, and operate in the world. Together, we look at the underlying patterns driving challenges, while also focusing on practical, strategic ways to help you move forward. The goal isn’t to overanalyze or “fix” you—it’s to help you gain clarity, operate more effectively, and enact meaningful change.

I have a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I chose to pursue this degree because it provided specialized training in working with couples, children, and families. My clinical approach is rooted in postmodern theory, with a strong emphasis on family systems and the ways relationships shape our experiences. During my training, I had the opportunity to study under faculty who were trained by renowned therapists Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer, among others.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in advertising with fortune 500 brands. This experience gives me a firsthand understanding of high-demand, high-pressure work environments. I’m married to a physician specializing in psychiatry, which gives me insight into the unique demands of medical careers and how they impact both individuals and their families. It also deepens my understanding of the medical and biological aspects of mental health, complementing my work as a therapist.

My fee is $125/session for individuals and $150/session for couples or families.
*I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spaces. Please inquire about this if interested.

I’m glad you asked! :)
I have always been a “people-person” - curious about how we work both independently and within our families and communities. My best friend’s mother is a psychotherapist. Growing up I was able to pick her brain and learn about her work. From a young age I was interested in becoming a therapist one day.

Yes, if spirituality or faith plays an important role in your life, I’m happy to incorporate it into our work together. I also welcome and support clients who don’t identify with any particular faith.
